How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment directly through our secure booking system or contact me directly via email for availability.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I offer a 15-minute consultation to help you determine if we’re a good fit. This is a no-pressure conversation where we discuss your needs, answer any questions, and explore how we can support you.

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are conducted online via a secure telehealth platform, making therapy accessible from the comfort of your home or office.

What is your cancellation policy?

I request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and offer options for rescheduling in the same week, when possible.

How long does therapy last?

This depends on your individual needs. Some clients seek short-term support for a specific challenge, while others engage in ongoing therapy for deeper personal growth. We’ll work together to determine what makes sense for you.

Can I return to therapy later if I need it?

Absolutely. Many clients take breaks and return when they want additional support. Therapy is a flexible process, and you’re always welcome back.
