Session Options
Therapy is an investment in yourself. My goal is to offer flexible options that fit your needs while providing the depth of support you’re looking for. Whether you need a quick check-in, a standard session, or more time for deeper work, you have options.
Short Session: Focused Check-In (30 min)
$85 | 16–32 minutes
A streamlined session for when you need quick guidance, accountability, or a space to process something specific. Perfect for follow-ups, small wins, or checking in on progress between full sessions.
Standard Session: Core Therapy Work (50 min)
$140 | 38–52 minutes
This is the standard therapy session—structured time to reflect, process, and take steps toward the changes you want to make. Ideal for regular therapy work, tackling challenges, and exploring new insights.
Extended Session: Deep Dive (75 min)
$200 | 60–75 minutes
For when you need extra space. This longer session allows for deeper exploration of complex issues and intensive processing.
